Krung Thep: AKA: Bangkok AKA:The city of angels, the great city, the residence of the Emerald Buddha, the impregnable city (of Ayutthaya) of God Indra, the grand capital of the world endowed with nine precious gems, the happy city, abounding in an enormous Royal Palace that resembles the heavenly abode where reigns the reincarnated god, a city given by Indra and built by Vishnukarn.

Speaking now about the Krung Thep restaurant here in Paris – established in 1983 it serves an incredibly wide variety of traditional thai dishes, all fresh and delicious. The place itself has no more than 12 tables so reservations are a must for a choice of 20h or 22h service. The decor is pleasantly kitsch and service pleasantly efficient. Cash only!
